Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
Your right thigh muscles are getting fatigue easily and reason for that might be arterial stenosis. This leads to decreased blood supply to working muscles especially when they are excersising and has increased demand for blood and oxygen as per your description. When you take rest demand for blood is reduced and hence pain is relieved. Are you smoker? If yes stenosis is likely. This need to be investigated with arterial doppler of involved limb and ct angiography of involved limb vessels. Visit radiology center nearby you and get it done. You needs to consult expert vascular surgeon with report. All the best.
