What Causes Heaviness On Forehead And Pain In Eyes?

My head felt like there were bruises everywhere. The main point was on the left back side of my head. If i moved my hair it would feel very painful and tender. My scalp was red as well. The pain was intense and started around 12am. My forehead felt heavy as well, I could barely open my eyes. It was very random! Any ideas?

I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.

Your symptoms might be due to migraine with aura (eye symptoms) / cluster headache / (?? giant cell arteritis- as age was not mentioned)
I advice you to,
- Do detailed EYE & ENT examination
- Regular BP checkup
- tab. Prednisolone for 2-3weeks
-To take Analgesics like Naproxen /paracetamol & Triptans
-Relaxation & Stretching exercises.
-YOGA
- Avoid exposure to light, noise etc
- have oxygen inhalation at the rate of 8-10litres /min
