What Causes Heavy Bleeding Post Intercourse?

I had a baby seven weeks ago he was 5 weeks early I bled for 3 wks constantly an then another two wks on an off I stopped after the two weeks had sex and started again it s bot much blood but it s fresh blood with no smell,, my partner an I have had sex three times an on these three occasions I ve bled after it. Should I be worried??
