What Causes Heavy Bleeding With Clots?

I got married in Jan 2011. My last period was on 15 Feb 2011. After that I did not get any period till 8th March 2011. I was happy that I was pregnent. But after 8th March till yesterday, heavy bleeding with clot is coming. Yesterday I took GYNEA CVP tablet. The bleeding have littlebit stopped. Please advice
