What Causes Heavy Bleeding With Clotting After Unprotected Intercourse?
i had sex with my partner on the 19th on nov, and again on the 11th dec, on the 19th we didnt use pertection, and now im bleeding, started light and now its gettin heavier and im passing clots, i had my period over 10 days ago, can u tell me why im bleeding please

history of unprotected sex present on 19 November & 11 December.
history of periods 10 days ago ( probably 1 December )
I would like to ask you whether the periods of 1st December was on expected time & was it normal flow .if not then do upt with first morning urine sample. bhcg can help if in doubt. if Upt positive u require urgent ultrasound fetal well being to check fetal viability
if 1st December periods were on expected time & normal in flow the chances of pregnancy r almost nil.
u r now experiencing spotting followed by heavy bleeding with clots for this there r 2 possibilities
1) did this bleeding start just after the second act of unprotected sex ( on 11 December )
if yes it could be due to coital trauma ( post costal bleeding ) & u require gynaecological check up including perspeculum examination to look for vaginal tears
2 ) it could be just that u r experiencing too frequent periods ( polymenorrhoea ) .especially if your previous menstrual cycles were also of less interval.the causes can be stress, hormonal disturbances, thyroid disease.
if pregnancy ruled out u can take tab tranexamic acid for symptomatic relief under medical supervision
