Hi,

Bleeding two weeks after menses is likely to be either ovulation bleeding (where it's lesser bleeding) OR it can be due to hormonal imbalance. Please observe further developments. It may be followed by a normal periods but if cramping is excessive. There is fever or bleeding gets excessive, you need physical examination to exclude infection in pelvis or missed abortion. Please consult a gynecologist for exact diagnosis and needful treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
