What Causes Heavy Bleeding With Lumps And Cramps?

Hi, I've just come on 2 days ago and had the worst cramps I've ever had, and it started very heavy which is unusual for me. The next day I had no cramps and hardly any bleeding. Today I had cramps which made me feel sick they were that bad, then I went to the toilet and a fleshy lump came out the size of 10p - what could this be? My husband and I are trying for a baby - could this have something to do with it?

it might be a blood clot .Are u having regular periods .If not please check with your doctor about it. If you are trying for a baby,you need to be more cautious regarding your periods.IG the cramp was unusual,please get a USG done after consulting your gyaenec.
