OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.Bleeding with passage of fleshy mass after taking MTP pill is suggestive of the fact that the process of abortion has started.
However, if the bleeding is very heavy, and she is soaking more than one pad in 2 hours, then she should immediately consult an OBGYN specialist as she may be having incomplete abortion and surgical procedure to complete the abortion may be needed.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
