What Causes Heavy Feeling With Uncomfortable Pain In Stomach?
Hello, I ate some hot piece of food two days ago. I kinda felt it burning all the way down to my stomach but I didnt have any problems after that. yesterday I ate something quite salty and it started hurting. Like it is not much of a pain but feels uncomfortable, somehow heavy feeling. I try to eat cold foods (yogurt, ice cream) and drink cold water and milk but it still has this quite annoying pain. What should I do, should I make an appointment with a doctor?
Dear- Thanks for using our service, I read your question in detail and will give you my medical advise. It is important that you watch what gives you stomach problems, it might be that you are eating things that produces a lot of gas as broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce and carbonated drinks. Other possibility is lactose intolerance because you have pain when eat yogurt ,ice cream and milk. If you make adequate changes in the diet and still with same symptoms, you might need to see a gastroenterologist. I hope that my advise has been helpful. Dr.Sara
