What Causes Heavy Menstrual Bleeding Along With Dizziness And Headache?

I though it was my period but it s worse then ever. I have the iud and I m bleeding more than I have ever been since I got it. I have lower abdominal pain, side and back pains. I get dizzy I have the shakes I have a bad headache through the day. I feel very sluggish and my body feels heavy. I hurts to pee like I have pressure on my lower abdominal. I have heat flashes. And sometimes I feel like I m going to throw up. What is wrong with me.

Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

As of now, you can take drugs like Tranexamic Acid to control bleeding.

Do blood routine to check whether you are anemic or not.
