What Causes Heavy Menstrual Bleeding, Nausea And Dizziness?

I have had heavy menstrual bleeding for more than a week now. It hasn t let up. I m starting to will anemic. I drink mostly water and eat normal size meals. I m feeling light headed, nauseated, and dizzy. I have been fighting trying to get Insurance and have limited money. Any suggestions?
