What Causes Heavy Menstrual Bleeding, Nausea And Dizziness?
I have had heavy menstrual bleeding for more than a week now. It hasn t let up. I m starting to will anemic. I drink mostly water and eat normal size meals. I m feeling light headed, nauseated, and dizzy. I have been fighting trying to get Insurance and have limited money. Any suggestions?

Heavy bleeding can be due to hormonal disturbance, endometrial pathology or fibroids. You should take tranexemic acid tablets to decreased the flow of bleeding, till you get an ultrasound and blood work to confirm the diagnosis.
