i have a feeling of discomfort in the lower center of my chest it feels like someone is pressing on my chest I am 40 and 194 lbs it seems to get worse when I eat. Sometimes it makes me what to take a deep breath and then i feel a little better. What can this be

Advice you to consult a doctor for a ECG and examination.
As there are many reasons for the pain .
It may be because of anxiety to other cardiac problems as well.
