What Causes Heavy Periods After Having Tubes Tied?
I m 35. I had my tubes tied at 21 after preterm labor with twins at 26 weeks. I am having a very heavy period and have been having twitching in my lower right abdomen like a baby kicking. When I cough, I feel a semi sharp pain in that same side. Could this be signs of an etopic pregnancy?

Heavy periods haven't relation with tied of tubes .Heavy periods can be related with other reasons such as :
uterine myoma
uterine polyps
ect
Chances of ectopic pregnancy are very very small after tied tubes ,but If you have had unprotected intercourse take a pregnancy test at home to exclude pregnancy.
