Hello, I was diagonised with a thickened endometrium a few months back and was put on the pill.my period came as usual although with terrible cramps.I had my period last month and a week later noticed a heavy discharge for 2 days with abdominal pains.my period started again but after a day it became a light pink and watery.what causes this?
