What Causes Heavy Periods And Stomach Rumbling?

hi. i had my period from july 11th to the 15th. then it stopped. i had unprotected sex with my fiance and now my period is heavier than it was before and i have stomach rumbling alot accompanied with diarrhea. could i be pregnant or possibly a hormonal imbalance? i'm scared.
