Milky discharge from the nipples can be seen during the post ovulation phase and not only in very early pregnancy. Clarification can be done through a trans-vaginal sonogram to know the status of the pelvic organs. False positive response can be found with erratic test kits, erratic methods and with external hCG medication. Menstrual disturbances are usually seen for sometime after tubal ligation.
