What Causes Heavy Pounding Heart Beats?

Hello. I am concerned about my heart beat. My heart pounds to the point where my whole body moves. My head shakes occasionally. My blood pressure puts me into the pre-hypertension phase but my blood pressure is under control. Any information is appreciated. Thanks.

Hello, I understand what you are going through.
You are having palpitations, which are not harmful but scary. They are mostly caused by stress, smoking, some medications.
These are things you can do to help with your palpitations.
- Exercising at 3 days in a week. Exercises like yoga help.
- Eat healthy food like vegetables, fruits, nuts etc.
- Avoid smoking, caffeine etc.
- Sleep at least 6-7 a day.
Hopefully, you should be fine with these changes. Warm regards
