What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding And Breast Tenderness While Trying To Conceive?
Hello sir, i have a que for last 3-4 weeks i feel all systomus of pregnancy, and now I m in periods which is very heavy bleeding and clots but still I m feeling my breast tenderness and slowness, and feeling shortness of breaths, tried, spoting in visualization, swelling in my hand and foot and just feel like buring , ....so plz tell me what is going on in my body.

The pregnancy cannot be diagnosed with clinical symptoms only. Here if pregnancy is present, then heavy bleeding with clot can be because of abortion.
Your pelvis Trans vaginal USG will be beneficial for your work up. Consult a gynecologist for the examination.
