What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding And Pain?

I was told by dr I have excessive menstrual ,it hurt under my pelvic lot of chunky liver blood,and she say I have a weak kidney after a referral did a ultrasound he say it was aabnormal now he doing vaginal screen I have to wait two week for result came home to rest next thing I cant breath my right side rib hurt when I lay down and move and breath crucial pain not eaten anything feel so bad to just get uppls help me what am I diagnosed too should I go to er or wait another day maybe it I pulled my muscle like a bruise rib
