Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I m a 63 year old male. Five day ago I was treated for a unitary track infection - infection of the bladder. I m currently still taking antibiotics. However 2 days ago both of my heel started hurting. They are both quiet sore even to the touch. Can that in anyway be related to the UTI..??
The pain in heel can be due to an inflammation of the plantar fascia.
This is not related to the urinary infection or the antibiotic that you are taking.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Praveen Tayal, Orthopaedic Surgeon
