What Causes High BP And Atrial Fibrillation?

I am 51 years old wt. 85 kg.I was detected with high B.P. in 2006.I was taking medicine but in 2010 I was detected to have atrial fibrilation & was given 1) olmazest-40,calaptin-40 & ceruvin-75.I continued but now I got high B.P. Doctor prescribed Amlopres-AT,Amlong& ecosprin-AV75.Is it good to go for it? Why my BP is so high?
