Only lasts 10-15 sec. recent er visit showed no evidence of heart attack and blood work looked good. Hi welcome to HCM
Accelerated hypertension with shortness of breath and palpitations may point towards an evolving MI.So get an ECG and go for Coronary Angigram by discussing with your cardiologist. Also get your BP controlled by increasing the dosage of your Anti hypertensive drugs or addition of new drugs.Drugs like Metoprolol will be effective in your case.Uncontolled hypertension may lead to infarcts in the brain and heart.you should maintain your BP to Thankyou.
