What Causes High WBC In Urine, Back Pain And Negative UTI Test Results?
I just came from OB Gyn and was told I had high white cell count with blood in my urine but the lab results were negative for a urinary tract infection. The doctor didn't know what was causing it. She stated everything looked fine and that it didn't look like a yeast infection but took a culture sample today to send out. I am also having unusual back pain, on my right side, around my waist. I'm not sure if this is a concidence. What could this be?
I may be due to any other infection in the genitourinary tract such as in uterus, kidney(glomerulonephritis), etc.
Please get evaluated for these.
