Hello Maria welcome to HCM. I have read your question and understand your concerns. Migraine attacks usually cause Increase in blood pressure which might be temporarily during the episode. But you should also check blood pressure in between the episodes also. Ideally if blood pressure is more than 140/90 than we usually starts medicines.
My advice to you is -.
1.You need prophylactic treatment for migraine. During attacks also as an emergency basis your doctor will give you another medicines. I can't prescribe you online. Written prescription is required. If migraine attacks will be subsided then your blood pressure might become normal.
2.If you have fluctuations in blood pressure than you can go for 24 hrs blood pressure monitoring which will give you proper idea.
3 . Daily brisk walking for 1 hour, eat more fruits and vegetables and mild salt restrictions will help to control blood pressure. Thank you. Hope I have given you satisfactory answer.
