What Causes High Blood Pressure And Swelling In Feet During Pregnancy?

hello im 37 weeks pregnant and my blood pressure was 160/100 and i had protien in my urine, so they sent me to the hospital for a non stress test and my blood pressure went down to 135/87 i ve been having trouble sleeping at night and my swelling comes and goes should i be worried even though they sent me home?

HELLO DEAR
I understand your problem, dear these are signs of severe preeclampsia , so you should consult tertiary care hospital where facilities for monitoring eclampsia are there, as you are 37 weeks pregnant and at such high blood pressure there so no benefit of continuing pregnancy , according to recent guidelines you should undergo planned induction and delivery with maternal and fetal monitorining. Thus i would advice immediately consult good hospital.
