What Causes High Blood Pressure, Headaches With Body Aches And Pains?
Hi my blood pressure reading yesterday was 139/99 is this too high? ive been having lots of headaches and feel sick when i try and read as well as lots of aches, pains, night sweats and so tired!!! I'm usually fird and healthy, i'm 32 with no other health problems. This tiredness and night sweats has been going on for a few months and pains in my arms, legs and back getting worse,

hello.. greetings.. i have gone through your question. 139/99 does sound pre hypertension but a single BP recording cannot be used for establishing a diagnosis of hypertension. it invloves a number of factors.. including the time of the day, any acticity prior or during recording, dietary intake etc. it also depends on whether you have a family history of hypertension. So first of all we need three BP recordings one reading per week for three weeks.. if all these readings are persistently high.. then we need to work you up for hypertension. Going by your age and symptoms, i would recommend you to get your vit D, vit B12 levels tested along with a complete blood count.. proper diet, balanced sleep, stress relief and exercise will also help get over these symptoms.. please revert with the above.
