I have a blood pressure of 135/65 and was wondering how this can really be? No genetic disorder or any other defects so, what can it be?
P.S. I gym everyday, cardio exercise for 40minutes while shifting between walking/running for 5-7kilometers. Afterward, I use weights to train different parts of my body. Is that good?
