I am a para T7 complete 48 year old white male, 18 years post injury. I am very active, 6 ft 220lbs. My BP is always 115 / 74. This week it is suddenly 134 / 95! It has been that way the past 3 days, is it a concern? The VA told me to monitor it and that was all.... Shouldl I go to a civilian doctor?
