What Causes High Fat Globules In Stool?

My son is has been having diarrhea and vomiting for 3 days now. I saw his stomach bloated and his stool exam showed high fat globules in it. What's that suppose to mean?

it's must be mucus in blood . infection can cause this . ur son can take antibiotics like ciproxin 500mg twice a day for 5 days and plenty of fluids . if symptoms doesn't get better get his stool Re and stool for ova and cyst done
