General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The issue is from urinary tract infection due to various reasons (surgery of appendix is not the culprit).

In our clinic, we suggest urine culture and ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis for best possible evaluation and management guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
