What Causes High Fever In Child Having Grade 4 Kidney Reflux?
Hi there, my 7 month old son has grade 4 kidney reflux. He has had a fever ranging from 101 to 103 off and on for the last 2 weeks. he s had 3 urine culture tests and they all came back negative. What else could be causing the fever...is there something his doctor is missing?

The other possibilities include -
1. Prolonged viral fever.
2. Occult bacteremia
3. Abscess like Nephronia
4. Enteric fever
