What Causes High Fever With Stomach Pain And Cold Feet?

My 2yr old has a fever of 102, her stomach hurts because she says she can't go to the bathroom, last night she had the fever but only her body was hot, not her head, she is saying the bottom of he feet hurt and her ankles. Right now her body is hot, but her feet are super cold.

Thanks for the query.
I would like to ask whether she is having burning micturation, loose stool, vomitting, cough or cold.
When the peripheral circulation is inadequate it may cause cold feet.
Give paracetamol for fever and if problem persists see the doctor.
