What Causes High Grade Fever After C-section?
My wife had a c-section a week ago and is running a fever of between 100 and 101 degrees. She had this occur once at the hospital, and it is happening again. She feels very very cold and her palms hurt, then she sweat profusely and the fever abates. What can be the cause? Should be run to the hospital?

Hello, it is not a good thing.
She needs to gave a pelvic ultrasound as soon as possible.
Start her on tablet amoxclav thrice a day for 5 days.
