What Causes High Heart Rate Post Pneumonia Treatment?

My 32 year old daughter was recently hospitalized for pneumonia and influenza for a week. She is experiencing high heart rate, dizziness, random loss of sight in right eye, legs and hip weakness, can t focus, extreme fatigue and randomly says things that make no sense. YYYY@YYYY

Hi,

Serious infection disease may cause the tachycardia and it is a matter of concern if patient losses the eye sight then it can be due to some cerebral insufficiency of blood circulation and it also needs medical attention CT brain or MRI is advisable, if the patient is already is in hospital then symptoms needs to be discuss with medical team.
