What Causes High Heart Rate, Weakness In Feet And Dizziness?

I am having episode of low energy in my feet in first step which gradually gets to my hands and then my head and start feeling dizzy, sleepy and difficulty in breathing minor but my heart rate gets higher. This normally happens when i leave work and get to the train station. When i sleep in train for 15 min i feel better.

Don't ignore it,get your full evaluation done.
Monitor your BP every day,get your ECG, Echo done.Are you Diabetic...get it evaluated....
