What Causes High Levels Of HBsAb In Blood Test?

My GammaGT is high from so many years. it is 74 where it has to be less than 49 from year 2004 onwards. I took Twin-Rix vancinne in year 2005. I did my blood test in Nov 2007 where surface Antibodies (HBsAb) is greater than 1000. What does than mean. Am I infected with Hep B

No you are not infected with Hepatitis-B virus
Hepatits-B vaccine contain some part of virus which when injected into body produces antibody and because of this antibody formation, body is protected against Hepatitis-B virus infection in future.
Anytime after vaccination, evelavated level of Anti-HbsAg antibody indicates adequate response due to vaccination
Hepatits-B infectivity in such cases can not be interpreted based on Anti-HbsAb antibody only. It require result of HbsAg antigen, Anti-HbcAb antibody also
