What Causes High Liver Counts In Teenage Girl?

Hi I had my teenage girl in the Er friday and was told that her liver counts are high her ast is 553 and her alt is 734 the tested her for alot of things and could notfind out why they are do you know what it could be she is also having pain on the lower right side and this pain has been going on for over 2 years now i just want to get her better thanks

Hepatitis A is a common and aeld limiting disease in most cases.

blood tests required to give better picture are:
HbSAg
anti HBs
Anti HCV
anti HAV
