What Causes High Liver Enzyme Values And Cholesterol Level?

I had an ultrasound of my liver because my enzymes were high ast 115/alt 120 alp was 500. The test showed hepatitis I had been screened for hepatitis first and all test came back negative. Two years ago I was diganosed with a fatty liver and notw the ultrasound doesnt show any sign of that, My cholestrol is also very high over 300 good cholestrol is 120 and trigliserides were low. What could be the cause of these readings?

Hi ! Because you have an elevated ALP =500. And also elevated ALT, AST. It may caused from your biliary tract. Is your GGT is normally ? or too elevated?
