What Causes High Pulse Rate?

Hello. I have a normal blood pressure (always around 120/80 give and take 5). But I have a resting pulse rate of around 90 all the time.Should I be concerned?Note: I suffer from anxiety and a year ago I had several panic attacks. The panic attacks disappeared but I still have anxiety every now and then.

Thanks for contacting HCM
You are concerned about elevated pulse rate. Your typical pulse has been in the 90s and this is probably the normal heart rate for you. I would not be concerned about your current heart rate.
