What Causes Hip Indentations?

Okay I m 14 and I have hip indentations And they are HUGE!!!! It s like taking play dough, rolling into a puffy line, than smashing your hand directly in the middle (not exaggerating) you can t see them when I wear jeans or leggings but when I wear tight dresses and bikinis is totally visible. It make me look fat and odd, I ve tried working out and dieting but it does nothing at all to help. Is there anything I can do to solve this that doesn t involve sugery? Anything is helpful I just need to get rid of this I hate it so bad and it makes me depressed.

take a visit to a specialist. diet and exercise are not alone. you need to focus on proper group of muscles for tonning. next you need to take proper rest as well. a proper guidance of exercise prescription should be of help. visit a specialist or you may contact me directly though this forum.
thanks
