What Causes Hip Pain After An Injury?

I am a 67 year old female. Two weeks ago I bumped my hip on the corner of the kitchen counter. It hurt at the time but that was expected. But since then it hurts significantly when I try to get up, particularly getting out of the car. After I m on my feet and moving around a bit it quits hurting. There was and is no visible bruising and doesn t even hurt when I press on the area. Is is possible to crack a hip bone without being in constant severe pain? I just don t know why it s not better after two weeks. Where do I find the fee for this service?

Dear Madam,

Thank you for posting your query at healthcaremagic.com.

Usually injured muscle needs some time to rehablitate. Use hot water fermentation before and after stretching exercises of hip with warm up and cool down.

This will help you.

Please feel free to contact me for the exercises.

best wishes
