What Causes Hip Pain During Urination After Surgery For Ureteric Stones?
i have undergone laproscopic surgery for removal of stone from uretar (Right ). The symptom occured is hematuria. But after surgery there is severe pain in right hip whenever i pass urine. Still bleeding is there in urine. Surgery took place 48 hrs before.
The surgery might be done through the urethra itself and the stone might have been trapped and removed from there. because of the instrumentation during the procedure, there will be some inflammation which presents as severe burning pain with slight amount of blood inn the urine. It will gradually reduce and become normal. Just you need to take a lot of water. Also sometimes the stone is big and difficult to remove from the urethra because it gets impacted on the wall of urethra, so slight bleeding will be there. The best cure is drink 4-5liters of water daily so that there may be lots of urination and inflammation will settle down in 3-4 days.
