Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic. After going through your query I think You are suffering from osteoarthritis of left hip joint . You need further investigation by x ray of both hip joints with pelvis AP view in standing position. Analgesics (DICLOFENAC 100 MG SLOW RELEASE TABLETS) whenever pain is helpful in pain relief. Diacerinre and glucosmine sulfate protect cartilage from breakdown and help in cartilage regeneration.Serum vitamin D test is advised (if it is low than vitamin D supplementation will be required). You can discuss with your treating doctor. I think your query answered.Welcome to any follow up query.
