What Causes Hives All Over Body?

Hi I keep breaking out with hives/welts on my face neck chest back and some little ones on arms.. It started about a week ago.. They keep coming and going but my whole face gets red with swollen whelts, I also just noticed I have a white dote on back of my throat, it feels hard.. Plus I see 2 or 3 more little ones in the middle between tonsils. A bit after the huge hives break out I feel dizzy, blurry eyesite ate times an just like spacy. In my back I get some numbness at times. Around my eyes has swollen at times. My whole face burns, hurts really bad an really itchy. Antihistamines doing work(Reactin,prescription). I do have many allergies but don t know what s causing this one. I m kinda thinking it could be soy(soybeans). Any fats/dairy and wheat make me really sick, flue like symptoms, almost even passing out ast times. I also just got diagnosed with stomach pasratheses. Any suggestion as too what might be going on?

Urticaria can have various causes and in 50% cases, it is idiopathic.
It may be something in your diet or ur medications or unknown cause
You need to see as to what appears to be causing it and stop that thing.
For control of the symptoms, you have been prescibed meds and antihistamines give good control.
