What Causes Hives, Severe Gastritis And Chest Pain?
I have just recently within the past 6 months started developing hives , throat tightening , weezing and extreme gas pains in my chest. Ive tried avoiding peanuts, gluten and milk to eliminate the possible triggers but now all these symptoms are coming without me eating anything .. Im worried and to be quite frank, Its painful and Im miserable
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic. I can understand your concern. By your history and description, possibility of GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) is more. GERD is due to laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter. Because of this, the acid from the stomach goes upside and cause chest pain, throat irritation, hives, burning epigastric pain, belching etc. So consult gastroenterologist and discuss all these. You will need combination of pantoprazole and levosulperide. Avoid oily, spicy and hot foods. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals. Go for walking after meals. Don't worry, you will be alright. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
