Hello

Welcome in HCM.

You have very clearly mentioned your symptoms and after co-relating your symptoms with possible pathology it appears as you are having any of these-

1- Laryngitis.

2- Vocal cord oedema or thickness.

3- Vocal nodule.

Since you have noticed radish and blackish spots in throat this indicated for associated infection in throat.

I would like to suggest you to take-

a- Steam inhalation.

b- Anti histaminics.

c- Antibiotic ( preferably broad spectrum).

Probably above will be helpful to you otherwise ENT specialist should be consulted foe thorough examination and treatment.

Thanks for consulting HCM.
