What Causes Hole Above Butt That Is Itchy And Bleeding?

So this is the most embarrassing thing ever, there is like this hole above my butt and its itchy and bleeds..A lot.. Like a normal period amount of blood. It usually its the same way of a period too, it will bleed then stop then bleed then stop. It is embarrassing and sometimes when sitting down I cannot sit fully backwards, almost like if you were sitting on a hard desk chair and move yourself so your butt crack is on the chair. It will literally kill... Any help?

Hole above the butt with bleeding and itch is indicative that you most probably have a pilonidal sinus.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination and if required confirmation by sinograom, X-rays and other tests of blood for fitness for surgery.
Once the diagnosis is confirmed you may need a curative surgery and go for an appointment for surgery.
Till then take a course of an antibiotic, anti-inflammatory medications, multivitamins and other supplements as needed to have better healing.
Remember that there are chances of recurrence in such a case hence discuss the details about the possible types of surgeries and their outcome so that you go for the best procedure to get a curative surgical management.
Apply Liquid Povidone Iodine locally to avoid secondary infection.
