My mom has had this black pimple like thing on her back for years now and we have never been able to get anythingn out of it but we did today and the top came off and an excessive amout of puss came out and now there just a tiny hole , what could that be from

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of your lesions is furunculosis which is an infection of the hair follicle.It can be treated with topical antibacterial creams like mupirocin.You must avoid pricking or fiddling with them. It might heal with hyperpigmented marks as in her case but thus mark will go off gradually.Consult with your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
