I was out walking my dog when I suddenly began to get extremely hot. I am a hot person at the best of times but this felt like water running down my face back and legs. Along with this my legs felt very week and shaky, I didn t think I would make it home. Now home the sweating has stopped, sitting with my legs up, they are fine but arms are still weak and I feel as if I am shaking inside. I am 57 year old woman and grossly overweight. I have an underactive Thyroid and suffer from depression and anxiety.
