Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. You seem to suffer from postpartum thyroiditis, which is a condition in which initially there is increased release of thyroid hormone in the body leading to symptoms like palpitations, dizziness, sweating, feeling heat, decreased sleep.Later on, the thyroid hormone levels decrease and features of hypothyroidism set in.
I would suggest you to consult a physician for proper examination, get investigated including hormonal profile and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
